In business since 1996, originally owned by Eric Tonnemacher, TCG is now owned by Ed Steele from RT Software Systems. Ed founded and has owned and operated RT Software Systems for the last 12 years, and he met Eric through years of working together on IT projects.

Ed Steele has family living in Jackson, and spends his time (about equally) living and working in the Jackson and Metro Detroit areas.

We are working hard to continue Eric's legacy of good service and attentive customer care, and we hope that things are currently working well with you.

We're also the first to admit that the transition period was less than perfect, so please contact us if you have had any issues and we will work to make it right! We will work very hard to make sure we take good care of you. We want a chance to make things right if things have not gone well between us.

We are here, and we intend to be here to stay. We love Jackson!

We have made MAJOR equipment and service upgrades over the last few months (Generator, Air Conditioning systems, UPS Units, Rack Cabinets, new highly redundant servers, site wiring improvements, office space updates and more!) and we are working very hard to be your local Jackson, Michigan service provider.
